These terms apply to your use of yourkin.no and yourkin.org and to the Kin waitlist. The site is operated by Kinship AS. Terms for the Kin watch, the parent app and any subscription will be published before the product ships.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist or reserving a spot is a non-binding expression of interest. It is free, it does not oblige you to buy anything, and it does not oblige us to deliver a product. We may email you about the launch, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
Product information
Kin is under development. Features, specifications, prices and delivery dates shown on this site are indicative and may change before launch.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding on this site belong to Kinship AS or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.
Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are settled by the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue where the law allows it.
